Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days for refunds.
  • Store credit or exchanges can be requested within 14 days (within the US).
  • Once a return shipping label has been issued, the item must be shipped back within 3 days.
